Best agent that I’ve ever done business with - Chloe Green Added May 05, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆When I signed my lease, an angry man in the parking warned me not to sign with them because they will take your bond, no matter what you do. Hindsight is 20/20.
All the inspections went well. No complaints until we didn't resign our lease. Then they wanted to bleed us dry. They will do anything to take your bond. Left the property clean and tidy. And yet they decided the property need over $1k of cleaning. Even *if* we missed something after going back multiple times to re- clean and fix their complaints. Including replacing every flyscreen in the house (for no reason). There is no way to justify $1k+ in cleaning bills. It's clear that they were reaching with every complain, and they somehow managed to find 5 more each time I fixed something. Be very careful. Everyone else I have talked about Calgary with have had their own horror story. I am not an exemption to the rule. This is normal for them.
If you do rent from them, apply for your bond back before they can so they will have to prove that additional cleaning/repairs are actually needed. - Joseph Sevillano Added April 18, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★Rebecca has been a fantastic property manager for us, keeping us updated and taking care of everything to do with the property.
