  Dirty tables with spare staff in a quiet time is not what I would consider acceptable.
  Full and overflowing bins as well, again in a quite weekday, not good.
  Food was good and the coffee excellent as usual .
  This seems to be a relatively new store so I noted all the latest equipment.
  Also noted the disturbing alarms constantly sounding throughout the entire space.
  Over time it was exausting listing to all the alarms and whistles, it was not disimilar to a construction site rather than an eatery
  Allso no excuse for sloppy dirty floors, very slack staff, all the above cut our lunch short and force us to leave sooner than we had planed

  Customer service is nonexistent. The lady who served me through the first drive through tonight 10/08/17 never said hello, goodbye , kiss my ^*% nothing. Did not even look at me. then I get home and serve up my hungry kids stone cold stale chips. Cold stale nuggets and the filet burger also cold. My 12 yr old said dinner was disgusting, the worst maccas ever. Not worth the drive. Next time I'll go to Upper Coomera.
